Return and Refund Policy

Damaged item:

Send the item back to us in its original packaging if it arrives broken or incorrect. Please include a message explaining the return's purpose. Specify the mail or order number as well. You have the option to receive a refund or a new replacement after we receive the faulty item. Please include in your return note if you would want a refund or a replacement. Our products are the only ones eligible for this service. You have three days from the date of shipping receipt to return any damaged item to our working office.

Note: We will issue a refund to your account for the return courier charges that you have paid. We are unable to reimburse more than Rs100/-for courier services. Therefore, when you are ready to return the merchandise, please use the appropriate courier service. If the total fee for the return courier is more than Rs100/-, please contact our customer service department by phone or email to let us know, and we will arrange for our courier boys to pick up the items or suggest another courier service.

Order Policy:

You will get a confirmation email after your order is approved for payment. Your order number will be displayed here; you may use this information to track your order online at a later time. A supplier or publisher's decision to alter the product's MSRP could affect the pricing even after an order has been confirmed. Under these circumstances, CS Publishing House is not responsible and the client is left to pay the difference in price. Shipping charges may be applied on an individual basis by CS PUBLISHING HOUSE management for orders with more than 10 product quantities. When this occurs, we will contact the client by phone to let them know. The customer may be subject to a fee of up to 7% for transactions made with debit or net banking, and up to 10% with credit cards, in the event that the order needs to be canceled or refunded because of an error on their part. Surface Mode delivery is required for orders above 10 kg, and the consumer is required to personally pick up the package at the depot. The client shall be given advance notice of the same.

Shipping & Delivery:

It usually takes about four or five days for orders placed inside the state of West Bengal to be delivered. It takes about 7–10 days for orders to arrive from any other state in India. Please be informed that the delivery time you have chosen is not legally enforceable. The product's availability and the address you specify will determine the estimated delivery time. If there are delays in delivery because to things like bad weather or political unrest, we will let you know as soon as possible. Regardless of anything stated in the terms and conditions or shipping disclaimer, 'CS PUBLISHING HOUSE' makes no guarantee or representation regarding the delivery of any order that is intended to be delivered through a third party or courier service.

Please be informed that the delivery policies of the courier provider or our partner will control the shipment of your things if you choose them. Products that will be shipped via our courier partners will only have their estimated delivery dates listed. One day prior or one day after the actual delivery date is your choice for the delivery date.

Please be informed that the delivery date you have requested is not a binding commitment. Whether or not the product is in stock and can be sent to the location you specify will determine the estimated delivery date.

Please ensure that someone is available at the address you indicate because our courier partners do not contact customers prior to delivery. No other address can be used to divert the delivery. Sundays and public holidays are not delivery days for third-party courier services.

Due to vacations and strikes, courier partners can experience delays. If the recipient is not accessible, we will try to deliver again. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery or the delivery address is wrong, it will be considered delivered. The courier will make two more attempts to deliver the box before sending it back to its starting spot. If the delivery is not completed within the specified time frame, you will still be billed for the order.

• In the following scenarios, we will examine the performed order:
• Missing shipment or delivery address.
• The intended receiver is unavailable.
• Building secured.
• Upon receiving the shipment, the receiver declined to take it.
• If the designated receiver is unavailable, they can instruct the courier to leave the package at the gate, reception, or a nearby residence.

Delivery at Remote Locations:

The recipient must have the correct address and phone number to place the order.

Public holidays will not be delivered. Next business day, you can expect the same to be delivered. Please be informed that the delivery of your order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like as floods, heavy rains, the National Bandh, election dates, curfews, traffic jams, festival times, regulated traffic movements, lockdowns, or any other similar problems. The delivery date may be rescheduled at CS Publishing House's discretion.

There will be a single effort to deliver the products or items purchased to the address given by "CS PUBLISHING HOUSE" in the order. If for any reason 'CS PUBLISHING HOUSE' is not able to fulfill an order, the customer will still be paid for the order. If the following occurs: the recipient is not available, the premises are locked, the recipient's phone number is incorrect or not working, there is no reply, the item is not connected or cannot be reached, the recipient refuses the product, or the product is delivered at the gate, reception, or neighborhood, then the order will be considered executed and delivered.
